Voor de foto expositie De Terugkeer in de Nicolaikerk in Appingedam heb ik Annemieke terug laten keren naar haar jeugd. Zij is geboren en opgegroeid in Ghana. Ik heb dia’s uit die tijd over haar heen geprojecteerd en daar foto’s van gemaakt.
For photography exposition De Terugkeer (The Return) in the Nicolaichurch in Appingedam, I let Annemieke go back to her roots. She was born and raised in Ghana. I used a slide projector to project photo’s from that time over her silhouet and in turn took photo’s of her ‘Return’ to her roots.
